This may sound silly, but have you turned it on? All the AOs I have used have an "on" and "off" button. Does the HUD look tainted red? If it does, it needs to be pushed once to turn it green ( the "on" state) Perhaps some of the computer geniuses can suggest more in-depth answers.

Hello klmberley. Are you at a region where you can run scripts?

• WHICH AO?
• In what way is it not working? (Does nothing, does it wrong, gives error messages?)
• Have you contacted (in order) any in-world group for the product, the person you brought it from or its creator?
• If all else fails - have you read the instructions?
