What are default permissions please.?i keep getting a message about them,then it says not found.my SL is playing up badly.please help

It's a minor thing that has to do with object creation. The message itself isn't a problem in itself but getting the error message is a symptom of the connection between your viewer and the servers taking longer than expected which is often a sign of connection issue.
