I don't know about Voice, it's property of Vivox and is closed-box, but that doesn't guarantee any additional security. I have heard some fun anecdotal stories that suggest security is laughably poor, but I have nothing to post to confirm this. If you think you need greater security that that offered by your anonymity as an avatar, and using an email address associated only with that user name, then you'll have to take steps outside of SL, such as IP masking.
