This error message may also appear as:

• Login failed.
• Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer.

These messages generally indicate you have been blocked from the Second Life servers by Linden Lab as the result of:

• Documented cases of fraud
• Use of Second Life by a minor
• Exceptionally flagrant abuse activity

Note that these actions may have occurred by someone else in your household, but not necessariliy with your account. 

If you believe that this is an error, submit a support ticket via the support portal. To help customer support determine what block has been placed and why, include in the ticket your Second Life account name, and any Second Life accounts that log in from your location.

There are many reasons why you might get that message. Yes, you may have been suspended or banned. If so, you should have received an e-mail explaining why. Your account may also have been put on hold by mistake, or for an administrative reason -- maybe someone else has been using your account for phishing or other unauthorized purposes. In any case, the only people who can take your account off hold again are at Linden Lab. He already open a ticket.
But he doesn't recive any mail from Linden before the "ban".... it's very  strange

Check your spam filter to see if it's caught there. It's also possible that he has not actually been banned but that the account has been put on hold temporarily for some administrative reason. If that's the case, it may clear up again soon as mysteriously as it froze. Good luck.

The spam filter is ok, no Linden mail are blocked from the antispam, He has already put the linden domain address into the "white list",

However also if they froze the AV, the LL must comunicate before !!!

For this reason i think that is only a bug.

We have found the issue.

Is only a BUG.

My friend use the SL Help chat ( he's a premium account), and the operator unlock the AV in 5 minutes

That's great. Glad it's not a real ban. It's really not good enough though that someone can be accidentally banned. If this happened to a Basic member, it could take weeks to sort.
