Hi,

That looks like your graphics card's drivers are acting up and the Microsoft runtime library is catching the error...

Do apply all your Microsoft Updates including the optional ones that don't install unneeded products like Bing.

Get the current graphics drivers as well for your GC.

Please let us know your PC model, configuration and GC type, so we can research additional options for you.

According to the error message "R6025 - pure virtual function call" the problem is in the coding of the viewer.  You'd probably get better results by contacting Phoenix support.  The fix is going to be in the code for the viewer and the Phoenix devs will be the ones to fix it.

Editing to quote the "Resolution" for the error (according the Microsoft) from the link above:

Calling a pure virtual function is a programming error, so   you need to find the call to the pure virtual function and rewrite the code so   it is not called.
One way to find a call to a pure virtual function   is to replace the pure virtual function with an implementation that calls the   Windows API function DebugBreak. When using the debugger, DebugBreak will   cause a hard-coded breakpoint. When the code stops running at this breakpoint,   you can view the callstack to see where the function was called.
Another way to find a call to a pure virtual function is to set a breakpoint on the _purecall function that is found in PureVirt.c. Breaking on this function has the advantage of keeping the stack intact so that you can trace what is occurring.

This problem is not caused by any of your SL viewers.  Runtimes are code libraries on your computer that are loaded by applications at the time they are run. If a runtime library becomes corrupted or otherwise unavailable for use, the applications like your viewers that rely on them are prone to crashing. Malware authors often target these runtime libraries as they can easily disable a lot of applications by killing the system's libraries.

A Runtime Error describes a problem where a piece of code cannot be loaded, or encounters an error during operation. The cause usually has to do with Windows rather than a specific program. A very common cause is the Visual C++ Runtime library, which is required by nearly every application that runs on Windows. You can find several free or relatively inexpensive programs on the Internet that can diagnose and repair damaged libraries and registry entries.  Because it's possible that the damage was caused by malware that has infected your computer, though, you may want to take it to a professional.
