LOGIN FAILED, UNABLE A CONNECT A TO SIMULATOR.

hello i am trying from rfirestorm viewer to enter and have the message LOGIN FAILED UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SIMULATOR, i tryed with alt account and i can go on line normal....i have check and dashboard with my avatar and there is ok also....ONLY inworld i can connect....can someone tell me which might be the problem???

What Valerie means is that Tuesday is the day Linden Lab typically does rolling restarts across the grid, to implement new versions of the server software.  So today is the day you can expect to find it (temporarily) difficult to get to the place you want to go!

But to compensate, Tuesday is also the day that Premium stipends are paid out.  Woohoo!  Payday!
