Just updated and getting a error about MSVCR80.dll is Missing

Just updated and getting a error about MSVCR80.dll is Missing, yet it's in the folder, VC2005 it self is installed. No idea how to fix it, clients starts up but the error keep poppoing up and the user agreement is blank so can't get past it.

did you do a clean install? if not , try that first

That particular DLL is usually included in the SecondLife program path. When that error is received then you can bet your bottom dollar that the SL install is corrupted.

Please perform a Clean Install but better yet after uninstalling the software and deleting the AppData folders belonging to SecondLife make sure to delete the local executable folder if any part of it remains.

1) After doing the prep steps stated in the Clean Install also make sure that this folder does not exist:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SecondLifeViewer
