There's no e-mail you can send messages to.  Your options are

2. Contact Live Chat (if you are a Premium member)

3. Consult the Knowledge Base

4. Post a question here in Answers

You will also find many different support groups in world and on line, run by various groups from Firestorm to Caledon Oxbridge University.
