I can see media but can not hear it. Please help :)

Open your Preferences, CTRL+P.  Click the Sound and Media tab.

Check the settings.  Pay special attention to the Media slider and the Enabled button next to it, and if they are as shown below, check your Input/Output devices.  In most cases, they should be set to Default.
