How to bend my avetar to move in a room 1m hieght

you only can with a animation, or shrink your shape till it fits

or

wear a alpha and mesh body that is small, visually you will fit in it but for real most of your body will be transparant, and invisible...

You can croutch with the C button but if you are 100 height and legs even that will not get you less than 1m

That sounds like you're trying to get into a house built for Tinies.  There is at least one Tiny avatar in your inventory.  Look in Inventory>Library>Clothing>Older Outfits>Cardboard Boxbot.  Right click that folder and choose Replace Outfit, or drag the folder and drop it onto your avatar.  

If you find you like being a Tiny, there are a couple of nice little Badger avatar freebies at Caledon Oxbridge University, and you will find many more in the region of Raglan Shire.

If you like the idea of being small, but don't like the stiff-legged walk of the Tinies, then do a search for "Petite avatars".  Petites are even smaller than Tinies, only about 6 or 8 inches tall, but they have a normal human appearance and movement.  Many people who like to be fairies or Fae use Petites.

As Steve Martin says, "Let's get small!"
