Hi, i cant rez anything in my inventory, the folders all show empty, no one has names, all my friends just say loading. I cant tp from the place i am at from login, it just crashes. Whats Going on????

It sounds like you have a crummy Internet connection. Those symptoms are all the sorts of things that happen when you are losing packets of data between your viewer and the SL servers, or when there's a slow spot in the pipeline.  If you are using a wifi or satellite connection, get rid of it if you can.  Many people have no trouble at all with wifi, but it's not recommended or supported by Linden Lab.  Use a DSL or direct cable connection. 

Your router is the more likely point of failure, even if you're not using wifi.  Try rebooting it and your modem and then restarting everything.  If it's been more than a couple of years since you bought that router, consider replacing it.  (Coincidentally, my own 3-year-old router died at 10:00 last night, giving me exactly the same symptoms that you are experiencing.  I replaced it this morning, and the problems went away.)

Those symptoms could also be because the region has capability failure, in which case the region will need to be restarted.

If you login directly to a different region, do you have the same problems there?
