The Radegast (text only) viewer is Android based, and so is Lumiya.  Consult the Third Party Viewer directory.

I like Lumiya for the Android.  There is also Mobile Grid Client, but it does not have a 3D graphical view mode like Lumiya.

Lumiya charges a small, one-time purchase fee.  Mobile Grid Client does not have a purchase cost, but charges a monthly subscription fee, payable in $L.

I am a great fan of Lumiya.   It's obviously not the same thing as the full viewer (you can't build with it, for one thing) but the graphics are surprisingly good and if you just want to hang out with friends for an hour or so, it's more than satisfactory.

I spent a lot of time in hospital on and off in 2013,  and I was very glad I had Lumiya on my Android tablet then.
