I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.  You are logging in from your own computer and to a server that supports the specific region you are entering in SL.  Every time you move from one region to another in SL, your avatar is being passed from one server to another.

AFAIK, there is no alert system to notify you your account was accessed from a different computer.

If you are afraid someone can access your account, change the password. You can change the password as often as you want.

Check the email address associated with the account. It should be a secure email account  You should be the only one with the password.

It is the login ID/password and your email that keeps you in control of the account.

No script, i know off, can get your IP-Adress; except media scripts.

DJ´s for example can see your IP when you listen to their stream.

This makes it impossible for a script to track the IP (of your home . ISP) you log in from.

You could make a script that emails you whenever you login. Now if you are asleep in bed and getting an email that you´ve logged in kaboom it´s NOT you.
