Phone and Chat Support Closing for Independence Day, 4th of July

[Posted 12:22 PM PDT, 01 July 2016] Phone and chat support will be offline this coming Monday, July 4th so that team members can spend Independance Day, the 4th of July holiday with their friends and family. Both services will close at 9:00pm PDT Sunday evening and will re-open at 8:00am PDT on Tuesday morning.

Process Credit Payout Method Issues

[Posted 8:21 AM PST, 22 June 2016] Some residents have reported problems using Process Credit. It appears that the Payout Method may have been deselected, selecting it again should correct the issue. To do so, please go to https://accounts.secondlife.com/process_credit/; in the "Payout Method" section, click Change, select your PayPal or Skrill account, and click OK. If your payout method does not appear, please use Add a PayPal account or Add a Skrill account to re-add it. 

If this does not resolve the issue, please file a support case at https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ so we can assist you further.
