If you phone the Billing Support number Luc gave you, you'll hear a menu, I think pressing 1 is Support. I've never pressed it and I suspect if you do, you'll merely get a recorded message on how to submit a ticket.

If you have placed an order on the LindeX, you may cancel it at any time before it is filled by looking on your dashboard at secondlife.com >>> LindeX >>> Manage >>> LindeX Transaction History . When you do that, the money that Linden Lab has been holding in reserve for your order will be transferred immediately to the USD balance in your SL account. You may then use it to place another order or for paying bills to Linden Lab (for land fees, for example), or you may request a credit transfer and have the money sent to your PayPal account.
