i can't get items i ordered from my shopping basket  what to do??

Hello Antea. If your shopping cart is stuck with items and you can't remove them, please check my answer at your previous thread. If you ordered something and you didin't get it normally you have to wait up to 24 hours. If this times expires you have to contant the merchant sending a notecard in world asking politely for redelivery. If the problem is general, you have to contact support (check other thread).
