a no copy item in market, delivery failed, item not available for redelivery? what now? where is it? is not in the box anymore but I never got the payment for it and apparently it wasnt delivered? am I able to recover it? or is it lost for good?

Clear your cache and relog, let your inventory load again.  It may turn up.  If not, file a support ticket for delivery failure if you haven't.  If LL won't help, you may contact the creator.  This is the fault of MP and not the creator, so be polite.  The creator is under no obligation to replace the item, but may.
