Why can't I send my transferable gacha items to my Merchant Outbox right now?

I see listings in the Marketplace all the time for tradeable gacha. I have some I want to sell, but it isn't allowing me to at the moment. And it's not just for the gacha items, it's also items I have created too.

For items which are NO copy to YOU such as gachas, you need to get a free Magic Box from SL Marketplace. You can not use the Merchant Outbox in your viewer.

As for your own itmes, if they are COPY to you and TRANSFER, then you can use Merchant Outbox. Be sure to check permissions on all aspects of the item (textures, sounds, scripts, animations etc etc).

I tried to upload gacha to my marketplace and got an error saying there was a problem and the item was still in my merchant outbox.. where is it? In firestorm there is no folder for it and I cant re-find the item, its just gone?
