Payment had not got the stuff. What 's the problem?

"We're sorry, there's been a delay in delivering your purchase. Customer Support has been notified, and your item will be delivered as soon as possible. " I got a message called . What do you mean? Is not that receiving end of things?

Two days is not very long to wait, especially on a weekend. Merchants in SL are people like you and me. They have families and real life interests outside of SL. They also take vacations, get sick, have emergencies, or just don't log in to the Internet every day. Be a little patient. Meanwhile, be sure to copy the information about the purchase from your Transaction History and paste it into a polite notecard. Send the notecard to the merchant with a very specific request.
