Not received Order #1428356733

My Friend had a placed an order for an avatar sold by saki jun almost a month back. However i have not received the order yet. I did IM Saki Jun but got no response. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi Pavs,

We're residents, just like you. We can't do anything about the unfilled order. Linden Lab will not get involved in resident-to-resident issues, and that's just what your friend's purchase is. If Saki Jun doesn't respond, I'm afraid there's not much you can do.

in addition to the other answer,

let your friend talk him/herself when something happens. You will never be sure it's true what is said.

In disputes you only hear one side of the story.

There;s a chance your friend hit the decline button. If a merchant gets the "delivered" message his part of the deal is officially done., Of course some customerservice would be a lot nicer.

Also possible your friend didn't notice the boxed item and looks for a unpacked folder.

I do not see that item in that resident's Marketplace store.  There could be many reasons for that, but it probably means that you are never going to receive that item.
