I put my new hair in marketplace this appears in moderate, all my store are general, cant change why

I am trying to post my new hair in the marketplace, but it is appears as moderate, while all other items are in general.
I've tried to change, but I can not get it back to a moderate.
What should I do?

You are apparently using a word or phrase that makes the filters make your listing moderate.  Sometimes whatever is causing this has nothing to do with a M or A rating, such as using more than one X, as in XXL.  Without seeing the listing it is hard to say what is causing it. 

What you can do is eliminate one word at a time to find out what is causing it.  Alternatively post your listing in the Merchants subforum to get assistance with finding it.
