I'm not receiving any of my purchased items nor am I receiving the $L I bought. What gives?

I bought a few items and I havent gotten them in mo invintory i havent gotten an email or a notification on the game saying i receved them, but online it says I have. I also bought some $L for ingame but it wont appear. Can someone please help me?

Don't rely on the $L balance shown in the viewer, it can be wrong.  Check your Transaction History and the $L balance on your dashboard page here on this website...they are correct.

Items bought on the Marketplace will show up in the Received Items section of your inventory.  If they don't, and your Transaction History shows you paid for them, send the transaction information to the merchant in an IM, a notecard, or both, politely requesting a re-delivery.

$L problems can be brought to the attention of Billing.  Try calling one of the numbers below.
