second... there is no "best"  of anything in SL. It's always a combination of taste, opinion and ....money.

If your budget is 0 your "best" things will be in that category.. if you have 1.000.000 your range is totally different.

 

Find the things you like, not what others like.

I see that there are several third party creators who make add-on breasts for the Kemono mesh body.  I suggest getting the demos for each of them and trying them out before you make a final purchase decision.

I also ran across this thread while doing research on the Kemono avatar: https://community.secondlife.com/t5/Your-Avatar/Kemonos-getting-banned-for-quot-Ageplay-quot/td-p/2840230  You might want to exercise some caution.  Especially with full, lush breasts you could be setting yourself up for an accusation of sexual ageplay, which is one of the ways to get banned from Second Life pretty quickly.
