Win10 Keyboard Not Responding.....

So I am having an issue where my keyboard input is not recognized in any SL viewer at the login screen. The keyboard works just fine outside of SL, when the viewer is shut down. I am running a brand new PC with Windows 10. The mouse works fine on the SL login screen, it's just the keyboard. I even tried two other keyboards and they all do not respond on the login screen.

What's even stranger, when the SL viewer (don't matter which one) is minimized it renders the keyboard unusable for any programs, searches, whatever. When the viewer is closed down, the keyboard starts working again for other programs and searches.

Any ideas if there is a fix for this???

That sucks I understand it happened to me where the keyboard quit working until I relogged before I was having a conversation at a romantic place and some guy thought I was being rude.
