What video card do I need for SL?

Actually IMHO overkill will be required since the fps will go down radically when around a lot of avatars and depends on the SIM also. You don't need to render over 30 fps so you can frame limit using a game profile with MSI Afterburner. But then you have enough overhead for other situations. GTX 460 is a good cheap option. Their selection will depend on whether they are just upgrading the video card and/or other hardware. Also depends on what you get up to in SL. Some professions need more hardware.

i have an old lactop w a video card that is one radeon X1600. i have tray to download singularity and tell me that my video card no support the game

 wich version of Viewer i have to download for almost enter and move a wile withaut excessive efforce?
