Feldspar Millgrove
Are there any design documents that explain the Viewer? The overall architecture of the Viewer, the messaging system, circuit use, what goes over UDP, the role of HTTP, what kinds of things are polled, what the state machines are for. what all the threads are doing, why some things are plugins...an overview of all the pieces and key data structures? Oz Linden
Alas, no, there isn't. There's a lot of information on wiki.secondlife.com (some of it, like most wikis, not as up to date as we would like).
Perrie Juran
As long as the WIKI is being mentioned it is being reported that WIKI edits is back on for residents.. However there is no update to the note on Grid Status nor do I see a mention in the Official Blogs.
