Theresa Tennyson Posted May 29, 2015 Share Posted May 29, 2015 If you have an AMD video system you may be running into an issue with certain recent AMD drivers. A quick way to see if this is a problem is to go to "Preferences" - "Graphics", hit the "Advanced" button and de-select "Hardware Skinning." If you start seeing avatars after this and you have an AMD video card you can try downloading the current 15.4 beta driver, which should fix this issue and allow you to turn hardware skinning back on. The easy way to get the info we need is to open the viewer's HELP->ABOUT... and copy-paste that info into you post. Without that information all we can do is guess.
