My login information is not working it logs in using an old password but I can not update the password or my inventory.

The beta grid syncing is still broken.
Currently LL support are handling the syncing manually on a case by case basis, so what you need to do each time you require a sync of password &/or inventory onto beta grid is to file a support ticket to request a sync - https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/

Whirly is right.

The Lab is working on it and last week (#3 - 2016) said the fix is in QA but at low priority. Not that it isn't important, just other things are MORE important. My hope is we see the fix roll out in February.

My experience is that unless you specifically ask for an inventory sync, support will just sync passwords.

Even with passwords sync'd I find I have login problems. I have not been able to log into my Last Location in months. Login is slow and I end up in some default landing point everytime. I can then TP to where ever I want to go.
