*Nothing* will load

Ever since Second Life updated itself a few days ago (It didn't even ask me if I wanted to, by the way) - many things won't load. I've tried a clear cache and a re-install - nothing. My friends list is just full of grey icons with names as (loading...), my avatar is a cloud - I can see offline IMs and inventory offers in my e-mail but inworld - nothign again. I try to teleport somewhere and get 'Darn, it appears you have been logged out'. This is very frustrating as I'm a store owner and it cannot seem to be fixed. I've been having issues the past 3 days, tried all I can and enough is enough I guess, I need a fix.

I just kept on clearing the cache and re-trying and eventually this worked after about 3 or 4 goes.
