Apple Pumpkins
So... I tried to clear my cache. Ever since then... my SL Viewer won't open. The icon will bob up and down... and then I will get the mac crash logger icon thing, and then nothing... I have to right click > force quit SL Viewer. Same happens even with the Beta viewer. I removed applications to trash and intalled again... it's still happening.I really need to use Viewer 3 as I can't even upload mesh on firestorm due to a 'parsing issue' which I never got on Viewer 3. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks in advance.Mac specs:Mid 2011 27" iMac3.4GHz intel Core i7 Processor4GB 1333mhz DDR3 RAMAMD Radeon HD 6970 1024MB1TB SATA DiskViewer Specs:Second Life Viewer V 3.3.3.260300
Apple Pumpkins
I still haven't found afix for this. I guess I'll have to twiddle my thumbs and wait for a new version of Viewer to be available.
Madelaine McMasters
Hi Warehouse, Tossing the app doesn't get rid of everything. If you have a corrupted setting or cache file, that might still cause problems. Someone else is having Mac problems too and I offered these suggestions... Good luck! Tracy Redangel
you should do an absolutely clean install. Not only to dyo uhave to trash the app, you need to your User/Library/Application Support and delete any Second Life Files. Then go to User/Library/Caches, and remove any Second Life files there.
