It has nothing to do with the viewer. It's about uploading images here in these forums. It means that when you want to post a picture here, you have to upload it from your computer. Regarding the viewer, you have to enter your correct name. For viewers requesting 2 names (such as Firestorm), you must enter "Fringee" as first name, and "Resident" as last name, then enter your password. As this message states clearly, they are either out of date or unsupported. Check for available updates for your drivers. And, as a last resort, contact LL.
