Hello Fringee and welcome to SL Forums. If it is your first time you try to run SL, confirm at first that your system meets SL system requirements. http://secondlife.com/support/system-requirements/ If so, download the last drivers for your graphics card.

If you are talking about THIS:

**Only uploaded images may be used in postings**://www4.picturepush.com/photo/a/6840452/img/6840452....

It has nothing to do with the viewer. It's about uploading images here in these forums. It means that when you want to post a picture here, you have to upload it from your computer.

Regarding the viewer, you have to enter your correct name. For viewers requesting 2 names (such as Firestorm), you must enter "Fringee" as first name, and "Resident" as last name, then enter your password.

Thanks for posting this link.

Sorry but obviously your graphics or computer cannot run Second Life. As this message states clearly, they are either out of date or unsupported.

Check for available updates for your drivers. And, as a last resort, contact LL. You can submit a case here:

https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
