Lumychan Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 SInce yesturday, I cannot loggin to SL. When I start up the program I get a window that quickl dissapears saying something like "Crash Logger initiated" (It's too quick for me to read exactly what it says) and then SL seems to be starting up alright, but it freezes in "Initializing VFS". LoveAngeL Lyre Posted January 28, 2012 Share Posted January 28, 2012 Hello Lumychan. It is a known problem and is very possible to fix it if you clear your cache manually. To do that delete all contests at the following folder: (Vista) and (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Local \ SecondLife Normally this will fix your issue. However, sometimes is not enough. If this does no work for you delete also everything into: C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife You can except only the folder with your name ( (Vista) and (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife \ lumychan_resident) in order to save your im logs and chat logs. Copy it in another position in your hard disk. If you use a TPV and you still have problem post back here. Maybe you have to delete some more files. Good luck.
