Absolute newbie with Pocket Metaverse Pro on iPad

Hello,

After having followed instructions provided by the Metaverse site, I can't seem to be able to teleport or even walk around using the minimap in the chat applet.

 I can see the Teleport tappable word, with the ''i'' next to it, but when I tap it, the word ''Resolving'' appears and I'm still stuck at Waterhead. The circular minimap shows a change of colors when I tap the arrow, indicating movements, but wen I return to the map it's all still te same.

Can someone help me? Thank you for your time and attention.

of course when somebody knows they can help here, but this forum is primary meant for Second Life Viewer.

Metaverse is a 3rd party created one and you should be there for support.
