i have a problem when i bought Linden Dollar

Two things may have occurred.

1) The transaction didn't go through (check your account transaction history).

2) If your Linden balance doesn't update when you click it, try a relog, that might kick the account update.

read the knowledgebase information about buying and selling.

 

I think you putted in a limit buy and putted a unaceptable exchange rate.

If you did, cancel it and do a market buy.

 

If it's a payment method issue, you can find the instructions at the "billing" section at the knowledgebase
