Voice working incorrectly for laptop HELP!!!

hello my voice settings i checked are all ok but my laptop uses an internal microphone 

 

ive made sure my input and output settings are set right. input to microphone, output to speakers.

ive made sure my firewall allows slvoice.

ive cleared my cache

ive turned off all other programs (skype,discord,etc)

 

my voice ability is working fine as for I can hear others but when i try to talk it comes across in a very deep staticy voice that no one can understand. 

I need help on how to fix this.
