I can make a guess about some of what the servers do, and I've been seeing some sluggish behavior, but it all seems to be handled in mushroom mode.It affects logins for some people. OK. It may affect some groups. I infer that they are servers which store data related to individual accounts, and fixing that is consistent with some of the problems I have seen, but they could have other causes/With SL13B going on, I am thinking of SL going into teenage mode and declaring, "But Ma, you don't understand!"You really should tidy your room.
