Yes, I was already given the link to what I should do about the billing issue. Yes, I did see the part about the "hard refresh" thing. Well, guess what, my F5 does not do that. When I press ctrl + F5, it pulls up a window about searching for computers. I'm really frustrated and I'm really confused and I don't know what else to do. Please, someone help me.
