Businessperson, developer, or resident nothing impacts your bottom line like monthly tier costs! Grandfathered pricing is no longer obtainable from LL and can only be transfered as existing sims. This lower tier homestead sim is perfect for anyone looking to expand their SL investment long term!Grandfathered status: $375 (Reduced tier, save $30.00 per month!)Non Grandfathered: $175 (Sim will permanently lose grandfathered status and have normal tier costs.)Prices include transfer fees.
