The Full Sim is used for a well known clothes store so renaming the sim is required!

Open Space is nearby (not direct neighbor) and was used for my work as designer.

Date for tier

• Full Sim 24th of the month
• Open Space 11th of the month

Date for transfer

• Full Sim 31th March 2016
• Open Space from now on (provided you already own a Full Region because at least one Full Region is required before  Open Spaces can be purchased)

Price

• Full Sim 450 $ (with paid tier for the next 24 days, includes transfer-, renaming- and moving fee in the amount of 100$)
• Open Space 125 $ (includes transfer-, renaming- and moving fee and current tier, dependents on date of purchase )
