The region can be renamed and relocated (included in the trans fee you will pay)

PLEASE NOTE: 

To keep the grandfathered status LL requires a $600.00 transfer fee. This is not me trying to scam you it is LL policy. If you wish to keep the granfathered status when buying you will have to include the 600.00 in the purchase price of the sim. To buy any of my sims it will be $1000.00 out the door. This saves you $200.00 buying the sim from me. To buy a new sim with grandfathered status it will cost $1200.00 per sim right now buying directly from LL.

Transfer fees

There is a transfer fee per region, debited from the seller's account, which pays for backend work by Linden Lab, including:

• Changing estate ownership settings
• Billing transfer
• Region name change
• Moving the region

The fee amount depends upon the type of region being transferred, and whether it will maintain its Grandfathered pricing status, if applicable:
