Solace Beach Estates has a rare and very limited opportunity to rent grandfathered sims at a reduced rate.

We are offering the following rates as a special PayPal only offer:

Full sim: $275 per month. Estate manager rights, no covenant. Only one sim is available

The Fine Print: This is a PayPal only offer. Renter must pay monthly or quarterly.
Sim renames , must be tasteful and within PG guidelines, although the sim can have any rating or use that you want.
