Hello, and welcome to Sweet Waters Bay.

Here for a nominal fee, you may rent a house, rez your yacht/boat and sail into the sunset. With access to over 200 sailable sims there is plenty to explore.

Once you rent a house here at Sweet Waters Bay, you have an allowance of 50 prims to lay out various items such as photos , personal items to customise your home. As all the homes are fully furnished, and as you have the ability to rez other objects outside for sailing etc, this should be sufficient for most needs.

There are many rezzers if you wish to go surfboarding, jet skiing, para-gliding etc, so please make use of these services.

It is envisaged in the near future to hold a Saturday party on the little island at the front of the sim, times to be arranged.
