ArchiTech Design Estates is a community of 21 sims linked by water. GullsWing Sailing Club occupies 7.5 of these sims with a range of  beautifully landscaped homes and slips and parcels. All tenants (and a partner/friend) can sail on all the sims.

The entire availablility can be seen on our sims map where each pink pin represents a vacant home (house) slip (boat) or parcel. Clicking on a pink pin will drop a landmark into your local chat so you can TP to  view the chosen location. Prices start from 135 LD a week for a bolt hole and we will always work with  you to create the land or home  of your dreams.
