E&C Properties has a beautifully landscaped and completely private residential beach parcel just waiting for you to call home.  There are only 3 other people on the entire sim.  The theme of the sim is beach/tropical and is completely private on a corner.  You will have full terraform, ban line access, media change access, etc.  

It's a 1/4th of an entire sim so you will have a huge space.  Nothing blocking your views but the ocean.  Professional landscaping can be provided to you if you need assistance.   DO NOT WAIT.  937 prims for only $1650 weekly!!
