Lost Pines is a 22,992 sq m private island parcel with a 2605 prim allowance. In addition, tenants enjoy Sailing Privileges in our private light sailing and water recreation region, Residents enjoy full use of our facilities, sailing rights and many amenities including a Resident Club house, free kayaks and paddle boats and Underwater Exploration in The Coral Gardens of Templeton Cove. Find birds, marine life and and animals as you explore our open region. 

 Horseback riding, and hot air ballon are part of the permanent amenities of TC. More amenities are added frequently.

This property is heavily wooded with a continuous dirt trail and foot bridges connecting to the two other islands in this sim. The private interior lake on this sim is shared by the Residents.
***This sim contains 140 prim of bridges and dirt roads. This part of the parcel is not returnable by the tenant. The Rent for this parcel is calculated based on the knowledge of the path and bridges. The Manor House and landscaping is provided as a courtesy by our staff, and you are welcomed to use it if you like.
Tenants may chose from additional housing and landscaping choices from our large inventory of items, or use their own furnishings. Personal houses must be approved by management. Bridges, and Dirt Trail are part of the Region landscape, and may not be returned.
