*Update! i will now sell for 2.92l per sqm (18k) as have found a new home.

I will also consider splitting & selling 2048 & keeping the 4096.but not until this notice has run a week or so.

its showing as 2109 prims but not sure if that includes my own prim allowance sorry am 1st time owner so not sure
Its a great location next to 2 very established premier venues so attracts large traffic easily..
Please message me here or in world as i do not wish to strip the land until i know i have a sale..
