Home-rental includes the free use of two mainland boat-jetties, one being right next to Governor Linden's Mansion. Great for sailing and exploring.

Newbie and oldbie friendly.

Furnished and unfurnished skyboxes, platforms, ground-levels and small land-parcels. No claustrophobic box cities; no complicated teleport machines. Just simple landmarks on a notecard, and personal customer service.

I don't know Bee Nexen outside of renting from her for the past month or so, but I want to post here that I could not ask for a better landlady.  Bee is extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive, and she has tremendous integrity.  If what she has available isn't quite what you're looking for, she will work with you to come up with something that is, even if not a lot of money is involved for her.  She was very helpful for a very minor problem that I had, and is just overall pleasant to work with.
