Excalibur Rentals, founded in 2005 has several great properties for rent on the mainland. We highly encourage you visit our properties and/or Rental Office to see how they would best fit your rental dreams. We take a family approach to doing our business and value our customers and the business.

We will customize properties where possible to meet your needs and will arrange additional services such as a builder if you require additions to the home or a deck as examples.

With the rental of every property you have the choice of using one of our homes, IM Fenris Ash, Tyr Sartre, or Atiya Morrison to see the current selection of homes. If you need a building for a business we have 2 to select from, please IM Tyr Sartre if you would like to view these.

If there is a property that you like but it's just too large, we can adjust the size down if it makes sense to do so. We do not charge a premium for water frontage or road frontage and some we have are very large. In the event you want one of these properties divided we will likely divide it down the center rather than give all road frontage and then have an unappealing piece of property tucked away behind it.

Any mainland rental is only L$1 per prim. with a L$.75 per prim 4 week introductory rate. You only pay 75% of the normal rate for the first 28 days! Thats below our cost, so make sure if you like a property make sure to snag it before someone else does!  If what you're looking for isn't on this list IM a manager and we will attempt to get you what you need. **Currently not expanding but that could change at any moment**

Very nice tropical water front with access to Linden canals and close to oceans for sailing. You can sail 2 continents from this spot. Great find if you enjoy sailing.

There are a few puddles on this property but it's easily covered. Great protected water front with access to many oceans and 2 continents worth of exploration. You can also put just a small dock, lower the land and have a very nice place to park your boat. These spots do not last long so make sure to check it out.

The land can't be raised above the surface, it has been raised as high as it can to show, although once you rent, ask our managers for the renters tag and you can lower it back down. This is a great starter property for anyone that loves to sail or would love to live on a stilt home.
