Newly opened small motel in Bay City.

4 rooms available at 50 Prims each.
Rates are:

1 day: 8 L
2 days : 15 L
1 week: 50 L
2 weeks: 100 L

You get 4 days extra for every 2 weeks rented.

Furniture already in the room can be removed on request and colors on the wall can also be changed :)
