undo rigged, 5 sizes, saving

Hello I am writing for my best friend she satrted belnder even if she does not know engl so much .

Her questions are :

• In what way she has to save her work so when she uploads something in sl to see how it looks like she can then go back and fix the problems she may find?
• Can we undo the rigged we have done in the blender on a clothes and if yes how? She wants to undo it to fix some problems and rigged it again –she is using avastar
• About the 5 standard sizes = do you work on avastar and then go to other body to work the sizes? Can it be done in avastar body? Is there an easy way to do it? She works on avastar and then she goes to the bodies you can find with 0L at marketplace to work on the sizes , she applys the dress and fix it on each body size – is there another way she can do it?
